The E-payment transaction is poor, based on my experience purchasing GSC Cinema tickets through the app and website (browser). I'm disappointed because it used to be a nice and easy experience when buying the tickets online but the past year or so, making the e-payment through TNG Wallet or GrabPay redirects me to the app instead of the payment authorisation for payment approval.

I CANT PAY, all my payment method need verification through app. Even though its already been approved on the banking apps side, but whenever I switched back to GSC app it'll says the payment was unsuccessful. And I've tried making transactions for 10 times in a row, all same. Plus there's an error message when i chose a popcorn, and i cant proceed to checkout since the seat already booked??? This is ridiculous. I'm a developer, and whoever in charge for this app need to do a bugfix ASAP!!!

Terrible to use because the apps would require to log in occasionally. Facebook apps has never required to log in no matter how long I use or how many times I updated the apps. I think you should invest more on your development department to solve this neverending issue. This little thing can be so annoying.
