This app is incredibly annoying, frustrating, and time-consuming to produce 1 book. I've been doing this for years and get so far behind because it takes too long. When you edit the book, the dates are all wrong, so I have to look up the date in my camera roll, edit the Pic but then when I rearrange them because now they're out of order, it screws up dates again. I love the idea of this book and have enjoyed receiving them, but will be looking for another app to start using instead.

I love Chatbooks! I love my monthly photo albums and I love the quality of the books. My only negatives are I wish it wouldn't auto order the book once I fill it. I'd like to be able to add photos as I have time, be able to go back and change/rearrange everything, and order it when I feel like I've got it the way I want it, not as soon as I hit a certain number of photos. Yes, you have 7 days once you fill it to change things, but I think the auto order feature should be able to be turned off.

Hey there! It sounds like Auto Ship may be turned on for your Subscription. You can turn that off in the settings. Open your Subscription, tap on the settings wheel, tap Auto-send to print, toggle Off, and click done. If that doesn't help, please reach out to our Support team support@chatbooks.com and we can continue to troubleshoot this with you!

This is a total scam. I never got my photo book. Tried to call and couldn't get a person... Ever! Tried to cancel via email and was told I couldn't. Tried to cancel online... Couldnt. They don't even have a phone # where you can call the..... Anywhere! My $ has been tied up for over a year and I've been being charged for over a year! If you use this company they will get your information and keep charging you and you will never be able to contact them to make it stop or get a refund.
