Used to be great. This used to be a fantastic energy app. Now it's just a muddled mess proritising pushing additional products. Update based on the reply from OVO. There's no outside adverts or pop ups. It's all OVO's additional products, boiler cover, solar panels etc, anything that requires me to give ovo more money. I just want to see my energy usage and how much it cost me in a simple, easy to navigate manner without having OVO's additional products rammed down my throat.

This app has been working great for me up until a few days ago. When I select usage I now cannot see the cost of electricity, I only have electricity with you as I don't had gas in my flat, where as before I could see the cost. I can see the cost on the week, month and year tabs. Thanks for a quick response to my request and fixing the problem.

I've had it. I'm going to cancel my account with OVO ASAP. I don't care about the redesign - do not use it as a pretext to force me to sign up for your spam emails. Also, stop adjusting my direct debit. Painfully bad supplier with a bad app. Even if OVO are cheapest, I will not be staying with them after this.
